SolEpoxy™ OP50-2 – High-Clarity Epoxy Molding Compound
SolEpoxy™ OP50-2 is a low-stress, non-yellowing clear epoxy molding compound designed for encapsulating optoelectronic sensors, transmitters, and receivers. Suitable for transfer molding and compression molding, it combines excellent optical transmission with low thermal expansion and low moisture absorption.
